The Castle "Baba Vida"

It is included in the list of 100 national tourist sites and it is at 13th place in it. The castle is one of the most interesting attractions in Bulgaria. It is located in the northern part of Vidin, next to the Danube river, and is known as “Babini Vidini towers” or “Baba Vida”.

Historical Museum "Konaka"

The building was built in the 18th century and was used as a police station. Because of the good visibility, the central tower part served as a watchtower for the fire brigade. After the Liberation, it was rebuilt and elements of Bulgarian Revival architecture were incorporated into it. Since 1956 it has been turned into a museum. The museum is part of the 100 national tourist sites of Bulgaria.

St. Dimitar Church

St. Dimitar” in Vidin is the cathedral church. The temple is the second largest in Bulgaria after the “St. Alexander Nevski” monument in Sofia. The church is a monument of culture of national importance.

Krastata Kazarma

The Art Gallery Nikola Petrov

The Nikola Petrov Art Gallery was founded in 1961. The initiator of this project is Vidin`s cultural artist and public figure Angel Budev. The purchased artworks from the collections of Michael Kremen and Bogomil Rainov are off the original fund of the gallery. The building of the Nikola Petrov Art Gallery was built in 1892 on the foundations of an old stone. Author of the project is arch. Todor Verchota. It is declared a monument of culture, which currently holds more than 1300 works of Bulgarian and foreign artists.

Mosque of Osman Pazvantoglu

The mosque was built around 1798-1800. It is a massive stone building with Oriental architecture. The difference in the mosque is that there is a heart at the top of the minaret, instead of the half-moon typical found on other buildings of this type in the world. Very rare Ottoman manuscripts and old prints are preserved in the library

Belogradchik Rocks

Белоградчишките скали са скални фигури, високи до 200 m, разположени в Западния Предбалкан, близо до град Белоградчик. Скалите варират в цветове от чисто червено до жълто. Много от скалите имат фантастични форми и са включени в интересни легенди. Те често са наричани на хора или предмети, на които приличат или напомнят. Белоградчишките скали са вписани като природни забележителности от българското правителство и са главната туристическа атракция в региона.Образуват ивица с дължина 30 km и ширина до 3 km. Включени са в списъка на Стоте национални туристически обекта. Белоградчишките скали се състоят от три скални групи. Обявени са за природна забележителност през 1949 г.
